Sky walk side view - Fowzer
|
The skywalk is glass bottom bridge that over hangs in the south rim of the grand canyon in Arizona. There is no much information of this location. You would take the direction to Grand Canyon West Airport. At the air port you will take a shuttle.
The tour prices vary based on what you choose to do. You are not allowed to take pictures on the skywalk. When doing the skywalk you are not allowed to carry your phone or cameras. You will be given a locker to secure your belongings. However pictures could be taken from outside your exploration of the area. Inside the building there are exhibits that will keep you informed.

View of the Canyon below - Fowzer

This is where you would go to conquer your fear of heights. It sounds scary but once on it you will be ok. Looking down through the glass of a height of 4000 feet is not so much fun. But you have to do it once at least. I was afraid at first and soon remembered why i made that trip and enjoyed every minute of it.

The view is fascinating. It is an engineering marvel. Apparently the bridge is very strong that it can carry the weight of many fully loaded planes. So there you go, you have that assurance.

No fencing - Fowzer

There is no fencing along the borders of the canyon. If you are going with the children pay attention that they don’t run.
